I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and exactly like in the pictures, with big windows providing a lovely view. The only downside was the electric heater taking a bit of time to warm up. The service could use some improvement in terms of customer service training, but they did offer convenient amenities like dry cleaning, laundry service, paid airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was simply perfect, right in the heart of Glasgow city centre, close to everything you could need. The dining experience was pleasant, with mainly individually wrapped items for safety during these times, and the waitress even sang along to the radio, adding a nice touch. The facilities were modern and well-kept, offering a great overall experience.
